Heather is a great communicator. She listened carefully and really understood what I was looking for. She expertly balances warmth with directness. On the way to look at a property, she said "I'm going to tell you what's good about this place, and I'm going to tell you what's not good about it." And she did just that, in a way that engendered trust and left me feeling taken care of. She will tell you what you need to hear, be that, "We need to move quickly," or, "This isn't it".
