Greenbrier Heights, situated just outside the Charlottesville City line, is known for its classic architecture and its mature shade trees. Built as part of a surge of 1960s baby-boomer driven development in the northern part of Charlottesville, the community consists of approximately 350 homes, mostly brick. Although it's close to Rio Road and 29 North shopping, Greenbrier Heights homes offer residents easy access to Greenbrier Park and the Rivanna Trail.
