Close, but Private: In high demand because of it's combination of convenience and privacy, most Ivy homes are situated on multi-acre home sites and are just a short drive from UVa and the Downtown Mall.
Classic Neighborhoods: A typical Ivy neighborhood features mature trees and homes with varying architectural styles built in the 1920s to 1980s. Ivy is definitely not a place where you'll find many tract home subdivisions.
