Kevin is a lifelong Central Virginia native with deep roots in the Charlottesville area, where he has lived since 2003. He began his real estate career in 2007 and is known for a calm, thoughtful, client-first approach.

Before real estate, Kevin earned a Ph.D. in hearing sciences, shaping his ability to listen closely, value clear communication, and guide clients through complex decisions. He helps buyers and sellers make confident, well-informed choices without pressure and brings added insight when advising clients with hearing loss.

Kevin works with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, and investors across residential resales, new construction, farms, and land. Having grown up on a beef cattle farm, he is especially passionate about country life, country properties, and the stewardship they require. He values character, integrity, and honesty, and strives to be a trusted resource well beyond the closing table.
